Fraudster arrested for blowing over US$16,000 in botched car deal 

By Staff Reporter  A HARARE man has been arrested for allegedly receiving over US$16,000 to import a vehicle but later converted the money to his personal use. The 52-year-old fraudster was identified as Isaac Dhliwayo.
